Digital projection of physical meaning is carried out to each battery based on digital twinning technology and centered on battery structure, safety and service life, to provide services such as battery system operation monitoring, thermal runaway warning, life prediction, electronic fence, cloud control, cloud OTA, big data analysis, expert operation and maintenance, etc., which helps enterprises to grasp the battery operation dynamics in real time, predict battery performance realize the digital management of the whole life cycle of the battery system, and enhance the product competitiveness. Nebula Smart Warning System

Based on the unique self-developed underlying platform, users can realize online definition of warning model, real-time calculation of model, multi-dimensional warning and immediate prompt. It also supports diversified reminders such as SMS, telephone and WeChat official account. Main features:

·   7×24h around the clock monitoring;

·   In time linkage of advance warning and after-sales support.

Nebula Smart After-sales Service Platform

As a new-generation digital after-sales service system, Nebula After-sales Platform has management applications such as product structure tree, service sites, purchase, sale and storage, workflow, etc. It can diagnose intelligently and provide maintenance solutions in combination with after-sales services to create an intelligent after-sales digital management platform for enterprises.

Centralized BMS

It is developed based on AUTOSAR structure. It integrates sampling and master control. Its functional safety reaches ISO26262 ASIL grade C; its main features are: 

·   High integration, rich interfaces;

·   Adaptively matching the requirements of 12-190 V power battery system;

·   Supporting customized development for customers;

·   Being widely used in construction machinery, sanitation equipment, industrial and commercial energy storage, backup power supplies and other scenes.

 

Distributed BMS

It is developed based on AUTOSAR structure. The main control BCU and sampling BMU are designed separately. With hardware design of automotive grade and high precision SOX intelligent algorithm, its functional safety reaches ISO26262 ASIL grade C; its main features are:

·   High integration, rich interfaces; intelligence, safety and long service life;

·   Adaptively matching the requirements of 200-1,500 V power battery system;

·   Supporting hierarchical control of the BCU of the same model and free combination of BMUs of different models, and supporting multi-level architecture management;

·   Supporting customized development for customers;

·   Being widely used in new energy automobiles and energy storage, remote monitoring and management by combination of end and cloud, and supporting customized development for customers.

Test and certification

Relying on SGS and Chongqing University, as well as advanced equipment and complete functions, it provides technical services in all aspects of the whole project cycle from project establishment to product certification. Main scope of business:

·   Consumer batteries: lithium batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, primary batteries;

·   Lightweight power batteries: lightweight batteries for electric vehicles (electric bicycle, balance bike, etc.)

·   Energy storage batteries: household energy storage batteries, mobile power supplies, industrial energy storage batteries;

·   Batteries for new energy automobiles;

·   Batteries for industrial machinery and vehicles;

·   Other batteries: batteries for power tools, UAVs, etc.

Cascade Recovery of Battery

CEST, together with SGS of Switzerland, has built the world's leading cascade battery testing laboratory to conduct in-depth testing of cascade recovery of batteries and accurately judge the residual value of batteries. It also independently developed big data detection technology to monitor and trace all stages of battery use, analyze the performance status and residual value of retired batteries with process data, intelligently match the cascade application scheme, and formulate customized cascade utilization scenario.
